Hazelnut Inshell

Hazelnuts placed in the sun to dry should be stirred until the green color of the outer layer turns red and fades. After that, it is necessary to separate these hazelnuts from the shell by machine or by hand. Peeled hazelnuts, separated from the shell, should be spread on a thin cloth 3-5 cm thick and should be dried by mixing several times during the day.
